DELAWARE COALITION FOR HUMAN TRAFFICKING SURVIVORS

Advocacy and Survivor‑Centered Leadership

DCFHTS is grounded in the belief that survivors’ voices must guide the movement to end human trafficking. We are committed to creating meaningful local, state, and national pathways to freedom for all individuals seeking to escape modern slavery and sexual exploitation.

We stand alongside survivors in advancing policies that address the demand driving commercial sexual exploitation.

Through strong community partnerships, we work collectively to:

  • Build effective relationships with law enforcement and the criminal justice system

  • Equip frontline professionals with the skills to recognize and appropriately respond to trafficking victims

  • Educate, train, and empower survivors as they develop the confidence and capacity to advocate for themselves

Together, we strive to strengthen systems, elevate survivor leadership, and promote lasting change.
